Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy (Order info)

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 14 Days (Actual, not Working Days) of your purchase.

  1. Please email info@camaartre.com with the subject title of 'RETURNS' and a reason for return to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you a tracking number.
  2. Mail your returned item to the address listed on your purchase order slip.
  3. Please return your item via Recorded Delivery to ensure receipt of item.

Return Exceptions

Items can not be returned if they are damaged, in an unsellable condition or if purchased by mistake.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee (unless there is a manufacturer defect, where this will not apply), this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Delivery

All orders are processed the next working day if received before 2pm (the following Working Day if after this time - No orders will be processed on Weekends, Public or Bank Holidays). Once processed, you shall receive an email confirming your order has been fulfilled. This email will also contain a tracking number for you to track your orders progress online (although in most cases, it will be next day delivery from when the order has been fulfilled). Please be sure to check information on the product page as some items will take 7-10 Working Days to be delivered. If this is the case, this will be made clear on the product page.

Delivery (Rest Of Europe)

Standard 3-10 Working Days (Please Note This Does Not Include Weekends or Public Holidays) For orders where normal delivery times are 7-10 Working Days, this will be added on to this time.
